XC-150S Intelligent High-speed Paper Cup Making Machine adopts an integrated frame with full gear and cam transmission. Key positions are fitted with Japanese
IKO bearings and forged steel cams. The automatic oil lubrication system ensures stable operation and low vibration. Equipped with PLC control, touch screen, servo bottom paper feeding and photoelectric tracking, it supports intelligent operation. Ultrasonic sealing with three heating guns delivers fine forming effect and is suitable for double PE cups. Core molds are made of quenched die steel and 7075 aviation aluminum for long service life.
