XC-B90 Intelligent Paper Bowl Machine

XC-B90 intelligent paper bowl machine adopts a desktop layout with double-layer separation for transmission and forming sections. The transmission system applies horizontal and vertical axis connecting transmission structure together with staged gear speed change transmission, equipped with automatic oil supply for mechanical lubrication; all these components are mounted inside the frame under the working table. Forming molds are installed on the tabletop to prevent cross-contamination and simplify cleaning and maintenance. Designed with a double turntable structure, the middle turntable can perform rim silicone oil coating and waste discharging functions. Controlled by PLC and touch screen, the machine is equipped with servo feeding and photoelectric detection systems. It is ideal production equipment for manufacturing large-capacity and large-diameter bowl containers including salad bowls, noodle bowls and takeaway packing bowls.
